- Agreement of Purchase and Sale
- MLS Listing (if applicable)
- Lawyer's Contact Information: Name, address, phone, and fax numbers
- Personal Identification: Two pieces for all parties involved
- Income and Employment Verification:
- Recent pay stub(s)
- Letter of employment
- T4(s) or Notices of Assessment (NOAs) if self-employed
- Proof of Down Payment: A 3-month history of savings or investments
- Gift Letter (if applicable) with supporting bank statements
- Void Cheque
- Home Insurance Policy
Note: An appraisal of the property may also be required.
